TECSOLV 160
Colourless liquid consisting of aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatics and chlorine free. It is intended for cold degreasing of mechanical and electrical parts. Use in a fountain with its security flashpoint, protects against oxidation between operations. Works as a cleaner/degreaser for metals for the removal of oils, greases and residues after machining, for the elimination of cutting fluids (whole or soluble oil) and placing in stores or shipping, or even after storage, for the elimination of protection products and before painting.

Versatility
TECSOLV 35 et 55Solvents of high-performance from the latest research. They are completely free of chlorinated hydrocarbons or fluorochlorinate and benzene derivatives. Due to their very high degreasing power, they advantageously replace the halogen hydrocarbons in cold degreasing operations. A single product can cover a maximum of needs in production workshops and maintenance services. They can be used by all manual applications (cloth, brush, dipped, fountain, etc….). Fast drying at ambient temperature without traces or residues associated with a very high solvent power. They are particularly recommended for cleaning and degreasing of mechanical parts stained by whole oils, solubles, greases, etc.
In the light of their strong solvent power, it is recommended to conduct tests before application on some elastomers.

Food grade
TECSOLV 621
Colourless and odourless degreaser solvent for the agri-food industry. It meets the requirements of the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). Product consisting of isoparaffinic hydrocarbons without aromatics and free of HCFC, retardant solvents, fluorinated and chlorinated solvents. It is very easy to apply by users (odourless), totally dry without residue at room temperature and without action on metals commonly used in the industry. For cold degreasing of metal parts contaminated by whole oils, solubles, greases or rust-protection products. For degreasing of sub-frames of machines and parts in agri-food maintenance workshops. Usable with a cloth, a brush or a feeder, must be cold. Ideal product for use in degreasing fountain or in a bin. Ideal for degreasing of parts in mechanical industries looking for an effective odour-free degreasing product.
TECSOLV 623
Excellent safety solvent, a colourless liquid product consisting only of aliphatic hydrocarbons carefully selected and for degreasing of metal parts impregnated with an oil, grease or a protection product.. It is characterised by a high rate of evaporation. It is completely free of aromatic compounds and chlorinated derivatives. It can be applied either by dips, brush, cloth, in fountains and ultrasounds. It complies with cleaning products that come into contact with foodstuffs and all its constituents benefit from the CFR reference according to FDA specifications (Food and Drug Administration). It can therefore be used in all food industries. It has no effect on copper and aluminium. Because of its high purity, it does not attack the varnish on electric motors.

Fast Evaporation
TECSOLV FL 70
Safety solvent and high performance without chlorine particularly for the replacement of chlorinated hydrocarbons (trichloroethane, trichlorethylene) in all cold degreasing operations in lost products. Due to its high solvent power, it removes grease from mineral and vegetable origins, and all protection products. It is a fast drying solvent which significantly reduces usage times and leaves no residue after evaporation. It is applied cold by brush, cloth, and spray on all cold metal degreasing applications. It can be used for cleaning electrical equipment that is switched off. Also packaged in aerosols.

TECSOLV 633
Colourless Liquid consisting of paraffinic hydrocarbons free of aromatic compounds. Its solvent power and its evaporation rate have been adjusted by the addition of substituted straight chain hydrocarbon derivatives. It has a high solvent power and a high evaporation rate. It is used for degreasing and cleaning of metal parts, textiles and other oil surfaces by spraying.
To avoid excessive consumption and reduce evaporation losses, for possible use in dips, it is recommended to use a tight lid.
